Move-Up Plan

Most Toronto agents focus on condos or houses. We specialize in the move between them.

If you’re selling your condo and buying a house in Toronto, timing, pricing, and strategy matter.

That’s exactly why we created The Suite Move Method — a clear plan to help you navigate both sides of the move without getting stuck carrying two properties, rushing decisions, or missing the right opportunity.

Where Toronto Condo Owners Move Next

Not every “upgrade” actually moves you forward. Some just give you a slightly bigger version of the same condo lifestyle.

The move from condo to house usually starts to make sense in neighbourhoods like Trinity Bellwoods, Bloorcourt, Bloordale, Corso Italia, Wychwood, Wallace Emerson, and Dovercourt Village — where space, lifestyle, and long-term value finally start to line up.

The key is knowing which direction actually fits your next chapter — not just what’s available.

Downtown Toronto

The Neighbourhood Matters

Most people think the upgrade is the house. It’s not.

It’s the day-to-day life that comes with it — the walk to coffee, the school run, the commute, the parks, the parking, the feeling when you come home.

That’s why we don’t just help you find more space. We help you figure out where your next life actually works.

Wallace Emerson

The Vibe:

Wallace Emerson is definitely one of Toronto’s most up-and-coming neighbourhoods. As the older population has started to size down and sell their homes, young families are beginning to move in.

The Homes:

As the dated homes are being bought up by younger families, there are many newly renovated open-concept homes popping up here. Along with freehold homes, there’s a good mix of loft conversions and new condo developments.

What's Good in the 'Hood:

Don’t miss out on some of the area’s best eats! Piri Piri Grillhouse serves out-of-this-world barbecue chicken, and the authentic Portuguese bakeries keep locals well-stocked with delicious Pasteis de Nata.

The Homes:

With a small scattering of townhomes, the real estate market in this area is largely made up of condos and lofts. Look out for the luxury lofts and condo units along Wellington Street, playfully dubbed “millionaire’s row.”

What's Good in the 'Hood:

Nightlife takes centre stage on King West, as it’s overflowing with a variety of great restaurants, bars, rooftop lounges, and clubs. Sweat it all out the morning after at several trendy gyms and workout venues, then get a smoothie bowl to recover.

Full of singles and young couples, this master-planned community is one of Toronto’s most affordable and accessible downtown neighbourhoods. With access to highways, the TTC, various bike paths, and walkability to the central core, it’s definitely a busy area.

The Homes:

Due to its density, the homes in Fort York are almost exclusively condo units and condo townhomes.

What's Good in the 'Hood:

Escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown by walking, running, or biking along the sprawling Martin Goodman Trail, just steps away from your front door. Also, be sure to check out the revitalized Bentway Park shared creative space located under Toronto’s Gardiner Expressway — talk about making an eyesore an opportunity!

Real Clients. Real Moves.

These are real results from clients who’ve made a move — whether that meant selling, leasing, or transitioning into their next space.

Every situation looks a little different, but the goal is always the same: make the move work, not just happen.
